Farming is full of uncertainty. The Growing Farmer Mentorship program gives farmers something reliable: each other.

We match farmers, new to the industry or looking to develop new skills, with experienced mentors to build genuine, lasting connections and grow their confidence - so that when markets turn or a new practice isn't going to plan, they know they can find a solution.

Being matched with a mentor means having a trusted, experienced farmer in your corner - someone you can call with the questions you don't know who else to ask.

A dedicated mentor

One-on-one guidance from an experienced grain farmer who's been through the seasons, the markets, and the hard calls.

Workshops & learning

Access to program workshops where you can build practical skills, ask questions, and connect with other new farmers.

Farm site visits

Share how you run your operation with your mentor and receive guidance the daily decisions that you won't find in a manual.

We handle the matching - you focus on the relationship
